Larkhall park receives planning permission 1

We are delighted that our housing scheme for Homes for Lambeth, which will deliver 127 quality new homes, has received a unanimous consent at planning committee.

The design comprises four buildings, over three sites situated in the setting of several listed buildings including the Grade II Baptist Chapel, and on the south west corner of Larkhall Park; a much loved and well used green space established in 1974 in an area that suffered badly from bomb damage in WWII and was deficient in open space.

50% of the homes will be affordable homes for local people operated by Homes For Lambeth, a development company wholly owned by Lambeth Council. The project provides a significant number of homes for families including eight 3 storey terraced homes.
