Trehus receives unanimous planning approval

Trehus receives unanimous planning approval

We are delighted to share the unanimous approval of #Trehus, by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead last night. Our timber framed office building was commended for its "excellent standard of design" as an "exemplar future proofed office building."

A six-storey timber office building in Maidenhead town centre, Trehus will provide over 6,000sqm of office space as part of the wider mixed-use #OneMaidenhead scheme by Hub.

'Trehus' is Norwegian for ‘house of wood’, and the office will be the first building of its kind in Maidenhead and the wider Thames Valley. Designed as a truly sustainable office building, the scheme will have a timber superstructure, and a target of BREEAM Outstanding.

We are aiming to start construction later this year, with a view to delivering the completed scheme by the end of 2026.
