AJ announce unanimous approval of Stratford scheme
The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) unanimously approved the 0.67ha development last month.
It forms part of the RSHP-masterplanned £2.4 billion Stratford Cross scheme on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a joint venture between developer Lendlease and London Continental Railways.
Waugh Thistleton’s design for the plot known as S10 includes retail, leisure and commercial uses on the ground and first floors of the 42,300m2 building, with flexible commercial and education use on the upper floors.
