London’s tallest fully engineered timber structure, The Black and White Building sets a powerful new precedent for sustainable and carbon conscious design. Winner of this year’s RIBA Client of the Year Award, the east London office building is defined by its integrity to material and honesty of form, a simplicity which belies its ground-breaking ambition and innovation, utilising the powerful carbon capture and biophilic qualities of wood.
