The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has approved Waugh Thistleton’s plans for a six-storey timber office building in Maidenhead town centre.

Part of the second phase of the wider mixed-use scheme called One Maidenhead, Trehus targets outstanding environmental credentials, and will also feature a roof terrace and public spaces with gardens, biodiverse planting and outdoor seating.

Trehus received unanimous approval from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Maidenhead development management committee on Wednesday.
