Planning permission for Hyde
Our proposal for the Hyde Housing Association estate on Surr Street, Holloway received planning permission last night.
The project will see the conversion of 39 undercroft garages into 12 flats: five two-bedroom, and seven one-bedroom, and the development of three four-bedroom houses in place of seven free-standing garages.
These new homes will reduce the dead frontages at ground level, injecting new life into the Hyde Village Estate.
