CLT arrives at Dalston Lane
The first panels of 3000m3 of timber have arrived on site to Dalston Lane, Hackney.
The development is a record-breaking cross-laminated timber (CLT) residential structure, which will become the tallest of its kind in the world. The 121-unit development is estimated to use more timber than any other project making it by volume, the largest CLT project globally.
